Qualifications & Experience:
- Active OT license and registration (OTR) required
- Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting is strongly preferred
- Solid skills in occupational therapy evaluation and treatment in educational environments
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively across various campuses and support diverse caseloads
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between schools as part of your daily routine
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address needs and promote student success
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and documentation to monitor student progress and compliance
- Develop creative and effective strategies to help students achieve academic and functional goals
- Adapt therapy approaches to fit a variety of learning environments and student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as a valued member of the educational team
