Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OTR/L licensure (or eligibility) in California
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable traveling between school sites as part of an itinerant caseload
• Flexibility, adaptability, and an enthusiastic approach to supporting a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ functional strengths and areas for support
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and support services in multiple school settings
• Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student participation and independence
• Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
• Travel between assigned schools, adapting interventions to each unique environment
