Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment! This part-time position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students from preschool through a transition program for young adults. The schedule is flexible, covering 2-3 days each week (specifically Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional weekday), supporting students district-wide.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license required
  • Prior experience working in school settings a must
  • Proven ability to serve a diverse student population, including early childhood and transition-age students (18-22)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to travel between schools within the district as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students to support their academic and functional success
  • Evaluate students’ needs, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide consultative support and training for staff and families
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
