This contract-based position calls for a talented Occupational Therapist ready to lend their skills in a part-time capacity, dedicating approximately 5 hours per month throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Starting in late July and concluding at the end of May, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in a school community near Glendale, AZ.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Arizona state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based OT, especially with elementary students, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, administrators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT evaluations and interventions for elementary students
- Conduct IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult with staff on sensory, motor, and adaptive needs in the classroom
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
