Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Background in school-based OT services strongly preferred
  • Experience serving K-12th grade students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students across grade levels
  • Maintain thorough documentation aligning with school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, special educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations for student progress
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
