Elementary Occupational Therapist

Position Details:

· Location: Glendale, AZ (in-person assignment)
· Schedule: 40 hours per week (full-time)
· Assignment: Supporting 2–3 school sites, depending on experience

· Status: Open OT openings already slotted for next year

Responsibilities:

· Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
· Provide direct therapy services across assigned school sites
· Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
· Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
· Maintain documentation and comply with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

· Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
· School-based experience preferred, but not required
· Ability to manage multiple site assignments
· Strong communication and organizational skills
