What We’re Seeking:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and IEP development
• Experience supporting students with a variety of physical, sensory, or developmental needs
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and legal frameworks for educational OT

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Maintain thorough, timely records and progress reports
• Serve as a resource to educators and families, offering strategies for academic and daily living success
