Multiple positions available:

• One role covers two consecutive leaves (elementary, full-year, 35+ hours/week).
• The other is a full-time elementary school maternity leave (October–April, 35+ hours/week).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Illinois OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop and implement effective IEPs and student plans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Foster student independence and participation in the school environment
