Two full-time occupational therapists are needed for:
- Non-concurrent leaves at two elementary schools, 35+ hours/week throughout the school year.
- A full-time maternity leave at an elementary school from October through April, 35+ hours/week.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and adapt to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
