Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Recent experience delivering OT services in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and adaptive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for students to identify challenges impacting learning and participation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct OT interventions and strategies within the classroom and in pull-out sessions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to ongoing student success
• Support classroom staff with training and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
