Occupational Therapist School Setting in Glenrock, WY

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license (or eligibility for licensure) in Wyoming
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and compliance is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide therapy interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
• Collaborate with educational team members to support academic and functional growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families to maximize student progress
