Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Wyoming
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with student needs
- Passion for promoting student growth, independence, and academic success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored occupational therapy services within a school setting in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-based consultations
