Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an OT
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Understanding of sensory integration, fine motor development, and adaptive equipment
• Compassion for working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
• Support students’ participation in classroom activities, routines, and self-care
• Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, treatments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student planning
• Educate and consult with teachers and caregivers to support generalization of skills
• Stay current with best practices in school-based therapy and ongoing professional growth
