Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Illinois OT licensure (required)
- Previous experience working as an OT in a school-based setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy assessments
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with students, parents, and school staff
- Ability to work independently and organize evaluation procedures efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, onsite OT evaluations for students as referred by teachers or requested by parents

- Participate in IEP or 504 meetings to discuss results when needed
