Occupational Therapist School Setting in Goffstown, NH

This contract position begins in August and extends through mid-June, providing valuable support to an engaging group of students near the Goffstown, NH area. In this role, your days will run from 7:30am to 3:00pm, working closely with a manageable caseload of 40 high school students. You’ll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students develop skills and overcome obstacles within the school setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with active state licensure
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with education teams and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
• Detail-oriented, with excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions for high school students
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress for each student
• Collaborate with teachers to create accessible learning environments
• Consult with families and school personnel to support students’ individual needs
• Document services and maintain student records in accordance with school guidelines
