Qualifications and Experience
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
• Ability to provide services across multiple campuses, adapting to different environments
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

Responsibilities
• Assess and document students’ motor and sensory needs within the school environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to support academic achievement and daily living skills
• Deliver direct therapy services according to IEP/504 Plans across various school sites
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance students’ access to learning
• Provide training and consultation to classroom staff and families to support student growth
• Monitor progress, evaluate interventions, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
