School Occupational Therapist - Goodyear, Arizona

Step into an important role providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time contract position (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday) beginning August 6, 2026, and concluding May 27, 2027. Work with a supportive team, focusing on meaningful interventions and student growth, without the expectation of additional non-therapy duties.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based OT setting
• Ability to deliver both direct and indirect OT services to students
• Comfortable working with diverse learners from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, targeting students’ academic and functional growth
• Provide direct therapy tailored to each student’s goals, ensuring measurable progress
• Consult with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student achievement
• Manage relevant documentation and maintain compliance with all applicable guidelines
• Fulfill role-specific responsibilities only; other campus duties are not required under this contract
