Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (AZ or eligible for reciprocity)
- Previous experience delivering OT services in educational settings preferred
- Proficiency with IEPs, documentation, and evidence-based interventions for school-aged children
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect OT services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
