Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Arizona Occupational Therapy license, with IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Background in various OT settings, including schools, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy
- Previous school-based experience highly valued, particularly with IEPs, evaluations, and direct therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills for working with students, families, and teams
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused care throughout the academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals and educational best practices
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student participation and achievement
- Provide services onsite, with flexibility for teletherapy as needed
- Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing, documentation, and district requirements
