Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience working with children or in school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individual student needs
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP/504 goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to implement strategies supporting student success
• Adapt environments and recommend equipment or accommodations as necessary
