Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-age students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This role is based near Goshen, IN, with a preference for onsite engagement, allowing you to make direct, positive impacts in the school environment. Your expertise will be valued throughout the academic year, from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Indiana
  • Prior experience working with children at the elementary level is preferred
  • Solid understanding of school-based OT practices and IEP development
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for occupational therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student participation and success in the classroom
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within school settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state standards
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings as an OT resource
