Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and independence as a dedicated Occupational Therapist within a welcoming and collaborative school environment. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work with K–12th grade students during regular school hours, from August 6, 2026, through May 21, 2027.
What you’ll do:
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
Support students with a variety of abilities, collaborating with educators, staff, and families
Evaluate and document student needs, progress, and interventions
Develop creative therapy plans tailored to individual student requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute subject matter expertise
Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and school-based requirements
Required background and skills:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience or strong interest in working with K–12th grade students in a school setting
Proficiency in both direct therapy services and consultative support
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
Commitment to engaging and supporting diverse learners

- No additional district responsibilities outside of contracted hours (bus duty, parent pickup, etc.)
