You’ll be working close to the Grand Rapids, MN area, collaborating in a dynamic school environment.

Your expertise will benefit a diverse caseload of 60-75 students while you partner with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You’ll lead therapy sessions and provide mentorship, supporting young learners as they reach developmental and educational milestones.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience providing occupational therapy services within a school setting
• Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with a COTA
• Expertise in supporting Pre-K through 12th-grade students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized therapeutic plans
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for a range of student needs across grade levels
• Supervise and collaborate with the COTA to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families on intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet the varied needs and goals of your caseload
