This contract position is based onsite with full-time hours, running from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Key Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in Indiana
  • Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Strength in supporting elementary age children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Comfortable working onsite with children from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs in motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care
  • Design and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to support students’ educational goals
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings to share insights, recommend accommodations, and set therapy objectives
  • Offer guidance to parents and school teams on strategies to facilitate student success in the classroom
