Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license required (no COTAs considered)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
- Comfortable working independently with a small caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work exclusively on-site
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct therapy sessions for elementary-aged students, tailoring interventions to their unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for student support
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and advocate for the best outcomes in student development
This unique part-time position offers flexibility to those seeking balance or supplementing existing roles.
