What We're Seeking:

  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Knowledge of K-12 developmental milestones and age-appropriate interventions
  • Ability to deliver therapy and document student progress effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to a dynamic school environment
  • Commitment to in-person work preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments to determine OT needs and establish treatment goals
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans customized for each student's abilities and academic requirements
  • Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive strategies to enhance classroom participation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations into daily school routines
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes throughout the school year
