Take your expertise as a school-based Occupational Therapist to a dynamic and supportive environment with this full-time, contract position covering multiple school sites in the Lancaster and Kershaw areas. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to work onsite with students at Kershaw Elementary, North Elementary, as well as Andrew Jackson Middle and High Schools during the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • Previous experience as a school-based OT or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress toward IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings and provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
  • Document services, maintain confidential records, and complete required reports/paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with school teams to support student success and advocate for needed accommodations

Additional Details:

  • Contract dates: July 27, 2026 – May 28, 2027
  • Weekly hours: 35–37.5 onsite
  • Multi-site caseload in Lancaster and Kershaw, SC
