Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license valid in Colorado
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Strong ability to assess and implement individualized therapy plans
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in alignment with their IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and monitor student progress
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff for implementing therapeutic strategies
• Adapt interventions to meet unique developmental, sensory, and emotional needs
