Occupational Therapist School Setting in Green Valley, AZ

This contract position runs through the remainder of the current school year and offers a chance to work full-time within a collaborative educational setting.

In this role, you will provide essential occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload ranging from preschool to middle school students. You’ll work closely with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized strategies that empower students to reach their potential both academically and functionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate (required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt interventions based on student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine their needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers to support students’ integration in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and strategies for ongoing support
