Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT licensure in the state or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to perform thorough evaluations
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess students’ needs and implement evidence-based treatments to enhance educational access and participation
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and service delivery per district and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student-centered interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for adaptations, modifications, and accommodations
  • Travel between sites as needed to ensure student services are delivered effectively
