• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs through standardized assessments and functional evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and training for school staff regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
• Support students in achieving greater independence in academic and daily activities
