Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active or pending OT, SLP (CCC), or SLPA state license required
  • Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric environments is highly valued
  • Ability to deliver creative, compassionate care to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educational staff, families, and fellow therapists
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation for all services provided
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educators and families
  • Adapt therapy techniques for various learning environments and student requirements
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices
