Occupational Therapist School Setting - Greenville, SC

An outstanding opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to serve at two elementary schools in the Greenville area for a maternity leave coverage. This contract assignment spans approximately December 14th, 2026, through March 15th, 2027, supporting young learners across Summit Drive Elementary and Reedy Laurel Elementary.

Bring your passion for helping children thrive in an educational setting. You’ll play a vital role in evaluating and implementing therapy for a caseload of about 60 students—making a difference in their academic and everyday life skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid South Carolina Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Prior experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic and varied caseload
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services according to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Complete initial assessments, evaluations, and routine progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Support students in achieving independence across classroom and daily routines
