Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Unrestricted OT licensure in AR (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assess students’ motor and functional skills to develop targeted therapy plans
  • Deliver individualized and group OT sessions in alignment with IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
