Expected Schedule:

Qualifications:

  • Active OT license covering Indiana practice
  • Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability when working with diverse student populations
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, targeting fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions accordingly
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
