Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold or be eligible for an active Occupational Therapy license in Indiana
  • Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to elementary students, focusing on improving functional abilities for academic success
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
