Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Indiana
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred

• Experience with IEPs and documentation in compliance with local and federal guidelines

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate students' needs and develop individual treatment plans to support their academic and functional success
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to facilitate an inclusive learning environment
• Educate families and staff on strategies to reinforce therapy goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and services provided
• Attend and actively participate in team and IEP meetings
