Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to serve diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help students reach academic and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to positive school culture and student well-being
