Key Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to work across varied student needs and schedules
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans designed to maximize student potential
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate OT goals into the classroom and daily routines
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress through tailored interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as a valued team member
- Travel between Summit Drive and Reedy Laurel Elementary Schools as needed within the workweek
