Occupational Therapist School Setting - Grenada, CA

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student achievement and independence across school sites in the area.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current California OT (Occupational Therapist) license required (CCA OT License)
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school-based or pediatric environment
• Strong assessment, intervention planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptable and flexible working across various school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students, in collaboration with educators and parents
• Deliver direct, consultative, and group occupational therapy sessions tailored to students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate, thorough records and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Provide expertise and support to school staff to promote an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development

This contract spans from August 2026 through June 2027, averaging 37.5 hours per week during the academic year. Sites will be determined prior to start. You’ll play a vital, rewarding role in helping students reach their fullest potential.
