Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Active license as an Occupational Therapist in the state
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Occupational Therapy services tailored to students’ individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess and document student needs and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Provide direct and consultative services, adapting strategies for classroom success
  • Manage a diverse caseload, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
