Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy licensure (Ohio or eligible to obtain)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Comfortable providing services across different age groups and adapting to a split-site schedule

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement therapy programs based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support each student’s educational and functional goals
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt activities and environments to help students build independence and participate fully in school activities
• Provide consultative support and in-service training to school staff
