Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong pediatric assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and school guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goal-setting
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
