Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and progress reporting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse needs and learning environments

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
• Provide direct therapy services, focusing on fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, student progress, and related services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ functional independence
