Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy licensure in California (OT in CA)
  • Experience with fine and gross motor skill development in pediatric or school settings
  • Competency with OT interventions in educational environments and/or healthcare or home health
  • Ability to manage a caseload (currently 53 students across three sites)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • School-based OT background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite OT services to students in K-12 across three school campuses
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and leadership for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to the positive, supportive culture
