  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing educational performance
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans as part of the school team
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Offer consultation and training to school staff and families to support students’ success
  • Work collaboratively with a range of educators and professionals
