With 37.5 hours per week, you’ll work in close collaboration with school teams and families to support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT licensure
• Background in school-based, healthcare, and/or home health Occupational Therapy
• Experience or strong interest in working with PreK–8th grade students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt OT strategies to varied learning and developmental needs
• Commitment to evidence-based and inclusive interventions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct OT services to support student participation and success
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into the school setting
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Document and report on evaluations, treatment, and progress in accordance with educational standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and special education processes as required
