You'll be working with students in PreK through 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year, providing services for 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active OT license and certifications, or eligibility to obtain in North Carolina
- Prior experience providing OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
- Comfort working with PreK-8th grade students
- Knowledge of IEP processes and intervention planning
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Desire to embrace travel and adjust quickly in new workplace settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students in various educational settings
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate and consult with families, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with school district requirements and best practices
