Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license and certifications, or eligibility to obtain in North Carolina
• Prior experience providing OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Comfort working with PreK-8th grade students
• Knowledge of IEP processes and intervention planning
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Desire to embrace travel and adjust quickly in new workplace settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students in various educational settings
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Communicate and consult with families, teachers, and support staff
• Maintain compliance with school district requirements and best practices
