Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school settings, home health, or teletherapy strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of gross motor skill development and interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), educators, and families
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on gross and fine motor development
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Provide resources, adaptations, and consultation to COTAs and school personnel
• Track student progress and maintain thorough records, following all compliance requirements
• Support students both directly in-person and, where applicable, through teletherapy platforms
