Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Certification as an OT
• Experience in school settings preferred (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Skilled in therapy techniques relevant to students with varying abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions aligned with students’ IEPs, ensuring services target each child’s unique goals
• Complete and maintain accurate and timely documentation, including Medicaid billing paperwork
• Contribute to IEP paperwork by documenting present performance levels, developing meaningful OT goals, and providing regular progress updates
• Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate services and facilitate student success across classroom and home environments
• Flexibly adapt strategies to create supportive environments that foster independence and skill development for students at all grade levels
