Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state OT license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with working as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable adapting therapy approaches to meet students’ individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in both elementary and middle school environments
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing motor, sensory, and functional challenges that impact learning
• Document student progress and collaborate in IEP meetings to ensure coordinated care
