Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with providing support across diverse student populations (PreK–12th grade)
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, supporting motor, sensory, and functional skills as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to goal-setting for individual educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement effective interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of student progress
- Provide consultative services and recommendations to ensure student success in both classroom and remote learning environments
