Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- Prior experience working in school settings, especially with social-emotional, behavioral needs, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across various age groups
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with interdisciplinary teams for student success
- Commitment to onsite work throughout the assignment
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct OT services to students in PreK with social-emotional and behavioral needs, and elementary students diagnosed with ASD
- Delivering tailored support for high school students with ASD, assisting them in achieving educational and developmental goals
- Creating and implementing effective treatment plans based on individual student assessments
- Consulting with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student progress
- Documenting all services and progress in accordance with school and professional standards
