Bilingual Therapists Needed – Part-Time OT, PT & SLP

Soliant is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists for part-time school-based opportunities in the Haverford area. We are currently hiring for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to support a medically fragile middle school student in a long-term, highly supportive setting.

Position Overview:
Start: ASAP or 2026–2027 school year
Year-round assignment through end of 2027 school year
Part-time: 2.5 hours per week
Potential for increased hours as services expand
Student is medically fragile
Onsite only (virtual services not available)
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to a middle school student
Collaborate with caregivers, interpreters (if needed), and school staff
Support individualized goals and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district/state requirements
Deliver compassionate, consistent care in a home/school-based setting
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania licensure in applicable discipline (SLP, OT, or PT)
SLP candidates must hold CCCs
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Non-bilingual candidates will still be considered
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience & Education:
Appropriate graduate degree required for discipline
Pediatric or medically fragile population experience preferred
School-based or home-based therapy experience preferred
Work Hours:
Approximately 2.5 hours per week per discipline
Flexible scheduling based on student/family needs

Compensation:
$65+/hour DOE (average ~$67.50/hour, depending on years of experience)
